Dear Patient, providing the highest quality services is our top priority, therefore, we have strict policies in order to guarantee your satisfaction and the timely operation of our center. By scheduling an appointment with us, you accept the following terms and conditions:
If you need to cancel an appointment, it must be done 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it can be done up to the day before your appointment. Monday’s appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to take your call at that time, please leave a voicemail, text, email or DM. This way we can verify the time of your cancellation. If you do not cancel on time, the appointment will be considered as a missed appointment. Missed appointments and no-shows will result in a $50 charge.
Our waiting time is 15 minutes max. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will miss the appointment.
Missed appointments will result in the charge of $50.
No shows will result in the charge of $50.
Gift cards will expire exactly 3 months from day of purchase. They are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Presenting your Gift card by the time of your appointment is a must.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Patients are required to be 16 years old, otherwise, they must be accompanied by an adult.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. (Tax and fees are automatically charged on card payments). Gratuity is accepted in both cash and card method.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the lobby. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child’s safety while you receive your treatment.
No refunds, exchanges only. You can return a product up to 10 days from the day of purchase. Our return policy is printed on your receipt. Please keep and show your receipt at the time of your return.
