At Adara Skin Care we are committed to your skin health. To ensure that, we help you to find the right skin care routine through our Quiz, Chat or Virtual Consultation. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 15 days for refund.
¿How it works?
- Please email shop@adaraskincenter.com a copy of your receipt and let us know what item(s) are you returning.
- Securely pack the item(s) and ship to us at the following address: Adara Skin Care Corp. 79-06 37th Avenue, Jackson Heights, NY 11372.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will start the refund process within 3 business days. Please allow additional 5-6 business days for the return to be completed.
Please note:
- We accept returns for products purchased from adaraskincenter.com only. For products purchased directly from Adara Skin Care, check the Skin Center Policies.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Shipping must be paid by the purchaser.
- We do not accept partial returns. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund.
- Gifts certificates and eGift cards are not refundable.
